Return Policy 

Be Authentic Apparel does not accept returns.  All sales are final. 


Exchanges 

We only exchange items if they are damaged/defective. All orders are packed with love and care, however, we understand that things can get tossed around during delivery. Please email us within 3 days of receiving a defective/damaged item.  Please include your name, order number and a photo of your damaged/defective item.  We will be sure to follow up with you within 3 business days. 

 

Shipping Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping cost are non refundable. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

 

What if my item was never received?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our possession. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation.
